George Bruto Sports Complex: 605 NE State Route 18, Adrian, Mo 64720
1. Tents and team camps will be allowed throughout our complex on the outside of the track chain link fence. Please do not put your tent up in the stands. Also, there are not too many grass areas so please plan for your tent to be held down by another way besides stakes.
2. Please do not bring any sound systems such as radios or bluetooth speakers into the stands. The use of wireless communication devices will be limited to the meet administrators only. Please inform athletes that personal music players are not allowed in the bullpen, as athletes need to be able to hear directions. NO CELL PHONES ON THE TRACK OR IN THE FIELD. USE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT MAY BE USED IN UNRESTRICTED AREAS(areas outside of the fence) AND COACHING BOXES.
3. Please stay out of the press box. The press box staff will be very busy meeting all the MSHSAA requirements. Medal packets will be ready as fast as possible and will be brought out of the press box once they are completed. We will have an automatic timing system provided by Brandon Daniels. This system will be next to the finish line and needs to be a restricted area as well so they can do their jobs.
4. Bullpen: For the meet will be at the starting line only. It is located on the northwest side of the track. There will be a tent with benches there.
5. No longer than ⅛” spikes shall be allowed on the track and runway surfaces. DO NOT allow athletes to scratch the track with their spikes. Any athletes found in violation of the ⅛” spike rule, or found scratching the track could be disqualified from the meet.
